Pat Leahy founded Overtime Real Estate in the summer of 2022, leveraging seven years of experience with a prominent South Shore firm in Massachusetts. With a focus on transparency and earned trust, Pat fosters strong professional relationships to guide clients through each transaction with precision and attention to detail. His deep community ties and extensive network in the greater Boston area have contributed to a proven track record of successful deals across various market sectors, including retail, office, industrial, and multi-family properties.

Transitioning from a successful thirteen-year professional hockey career, which included playing for the Boston Bruins and Nashville Predators in the NHL, as well as time in the AHL and Austrian Elite League, Pat brings a unique perspective to real estate brokering and property management. During his hockey tenure, he honed his real estate investment skills by managing a private portfolio, instilling in him a passion for helping others achieve their investment objectives.

Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Miami University of Ohio. He resides in Duxbury with his wife and three sons, remaining actively involved in the hockey community through his role on the Boston Bruins Alumni Board of Trustees and coaching his children in various athletic pursuits.
